You invite people from the Users settings, choosing their organisation role and which workspaces they join. They receive an email link to set up their account, and you can resend or revoke any invitation that hasn't been accepted yet. You need to be an Organisation Administrator to invite people.

Send an invitation

  1. Open Settings, then under the workspace section select Users

  2. Select Invite User

  3. Enter the person's First name, Last name, and Email

  4. Under Organisation Role, choose Organisation Administrator or Member. This sets their access across your whole organisation (see User roles and permissions)

  5. Under Workspaces, add at least one workspace and choose a role (Administrator or Member) for each. You can expand a workspace to pick specific inboxes

  6. Select Send Invitation

The invitation is sent straight away. The invitee gets an email with a link to join and finish setting up their account.

Note: You must add at least one workspace with a role before you can send the invitation.

Manage pending invitations

On the Users page, a button shows how many invitations are still pending. Select it to open the Pending Invitations list, which shows each invite's name, email, role, who sent it, and when.

Resend an invitation

If someone hasn't received their invitation or the link has expired, select Resend next to it to send a fresh email.

Revoke an invitation

To cancel a pending invitation, select Revoke and confirm. The person can no longer use that invitation link.

Note: Revoking can't be undone. If you revoke one by mistake, send a new invitation instead.

Billing impact

Each person who accepts an invitation takes up a seat, which counts towards your subscription. Seat changes are not billed instantly: there is a delay of around 24 hours before a newly accepted seat is reflected in your billing. For how seats are billed and the minimum seat requirement, see Managing your billing and seats.
